By the time I received the jigs I was not able to use them due to the weather and ice conditions. At this time, it's hard to give an honest opinion of the product. From an appearance standpoint they look very nice.
I love this head. I ordered 24 1/16 oz heads. I got 6 3/16 heads and 18 1/8 oz heads marked as 1/16. Packaging and order filling need to pay attention. Love the paycheck though

I want to use these jigs on a drop shot in Lake Ontario and the Saint Lawrence. I love the design. The strands are perfect and I love the wire tie. I'm concerned about the gauge of the hook because the rods we use are extremely light. If you made the same design with a lighter wire it would be perfect. But I haven't used them yet - so we will see. It's a beautiful product for sure.

When I first saw THE BUCKSHOT RIG I loved it. Now that I have it , it is better looking than I thought it would ! Rigged it immediately and walked out to my pond ! The action was just WOW just WOW 🎣

Just received them don’t have any action photos or anything like that. I spent quite a bit of time over the years, tying jigs, and such these are put together very well and I’m excited to get them out on the water. I don’t want to say it’s a new idea. It’s probably not but it’s very intriguing to me in a drop shot situation. Maybe even a double rig ?I was thinking of adding a piece of plastic worm at the top of the hook shank. To spread hair out on one and not on the other, then run one of the two on a couple inch line off of the main line. Each bait would have a different action. Maybe you could tell which work best? Just a thought.
The Buck Shot Rig and Finesse Jig look great! Anxious to try them out next Spring.
